Taman Impian Sutera - our 1st step..

Last saturday (2nd June), we've made partial booking for our dream home (hopefully)...brand new and completed..malay reserve..freehold..intermediate..pink color...plan to apply loan with treasury (gomen..)...

2 days later...

Fikir punya fikir...n fikir lg....we are not ready to pay monthy installment since the house is completed..the installment perhaps will start once treasury made the disbursement (wont take long i think...)...and many2 thing we've take into consideration...

So,

Yesterday (6th June)...

We've change our booking to buy a same house, but yet completed...expected 2014...price less by 10k...hopefully segala urusan dipermudahkan dan diberi jalan yang terbaik olehNya..model rumah camni..Phase 3, Type B...intermediate gk...for d time being, we cannot afford to buy end lot/corner lot..huhu.. next step...meeting with lawyer..
